Here in the bar with all who you meet.
There’s a Lib Dem, Motley old crew.
Labour right there, how do you do!
London up the creek, London in the mire,
And everyone’s in debt, all looks very dire!

Things that come to pass, all seems very tame.
Defence over budget, NHS the same!
Anywhere you look money’s disappeared.
Ministers in limbo and it’s what they feared!
Hoping it will all get better,
Praying that the banks will lend.
As they’re the ones who broke us
And they’re going to choke us in the end!

Everyone’s the same, look out over there,
I am pretty certain I can see the mayor!
Drinking with the boys, always has a joke.
But you can’t deny it he’s a decent bloke!
Better get this lot in order,
Time for me to go and speak.
This party’s looking poorly,
Surely, it’s now heading up the creek!
