This is a different kind of parody, which should be rather obvious.
Precipitation on flowers, small hairs on felines-
Shiny metallic pots and insulated lambskin gloves-
Tan-wrapper parcels encased with yarn-
These are some personal best-loved objects
White miniature horses and tart Mackintosh pastries-
Clappers in cylinders and a German pasta dish-
Swimming birds that soar with the glow of the earth's satellite against their alae-
These are some personal best-loved objects
Females in pale skirts with sky-colored ribbons-
Frozen rain that descends onto my olfactory organ and ocular-protective hair follicles-
Crystalloid snow times that liquidate into the vernal equinox-

It certainly was different. Pacing was off but that was probably unavoidable given the type of idea. IT was funny.
Really offbeat and refreshing...hard to sing I`d imagine but could be highly amusing if done well!
I like how this was purposely "mis-paced". It's the rush to keep up with all the words that adds to the humor, such as in "A Trio of Sightless Rodents". Fives!!
Happy Belated Agrimorfee Appreciation Week! I'm with Jan - the pacing is so horrible it's wonderful. This would be a fun one to hear performed.
I'm gonna vote 3 for pacing, since it seemed way off. I tried singing it but got tongue-tied. But the content of the parody was good; I'm glad you like to list your "best-loved" objects. So my vote will be 3-2-5.
I agree with kozar about the pacing, except I vote 2 for that category. However, I vote 3 for how funny.

Agrimorfee, I can easily vote 555 for this - 5 for Funny and Overall because of the cleverness of the concept and its presentation, and a 5 for pacing because you were essentially "masking" the original lyrics' own definitions. Well done!
Yeah, but it can't easily be sung to the tune of the original. I tried to sing it but it didn't work. Also it didn't rhyme. But Johnny D, you make a good point about "masking the original lyrics' definitions"; however, the pacing was still off. So my vote will be 3-3-5.
wcamn, your point is well-taken. My own point of view here is that the parody so cleverly re-defines the original words and phrases that I'm recognizing that fact by giving it a "Lots" for Pacing, not so much for the superficial rhythm of this parody, but more for the underlying joke of it all.

yeah pacing was way off but the idea in general is pretty funny... maxing out EACH AND EVERY original word has to be fun.
