Channel surfing on my TV.
Click click - I found an old flick -
Thinking there was nothing to see.
Well, the movie dragged on - it came to an end -
I found another channel, but I just missed "Friends".
But, then, final - ly! I turned on NBC.
How did it slip my mind that the Olympics were on?
They was a glidin' and a slidin',
A spinnin' and a grinnin',
A slippin' and a fallin',
A kvetchin' and a kvellin' - oh, noooo!

By chance I saw the ice dance,
Peppered with advertizing -
Bling, bling - the same old routine,
All the skaters had a Latin thing.
They wore pouffy skirts and their backs were bare -
Clear down to their butts - where was their underwear?

I went and turned my TV set off. (click)
