This is a song about a guy driving to Chincoteague, Virginia early in the morning but realizing that he hasn't eaten since he left New Jersey. The young man then decides to head to McDonald's in Dover, DE for breakfast.

I've always liked the original song. Rather mundane story, but good rhythm and production. Your parody mimics this aspect quite well. A good song can be about something ordinary.
I think someone should write about the terrible McDonald's app. Their local offers are garbage. The only E-coupon I've used so far is buy any drink and get any sandwich. For $1.08 who could argue? I ordered a huge angus burger off their big sandwich menu.
