I like this one Michael.
We know where your mind is. Do you wear glasses? Bifocals, Trifocals, deny-focals. Beautiful pace and a neat original idea. Some funny but no big money for funny on this one. 5 for pace 3 for funny and 4 for overall.

This just in: Yesterday, I bought new glasses. I told the optician I hadn't gotten my eyes checked in 11 years, and he said they'd lost only half a step in that time, and only a slightly modified prescription would be needed. He was impressed. As an expert on the subject, Pee-Wee Herman, would say, "What's the significance? I don't know!"

I've reread this one, Mike, at your prompting on the parody with the same name by Jim A and still feel that my voting was fair. I know it's hard to resist yelling when someone uses your original idea and I have screamed about this once or twice myself. The point is that, and has not changed, that name duplication is going to happen time and again. I can't tell your intent in your comment whether you are upset at this writer using the same title as yours of you are upset that I gave Jim a better score, or if you are even upset at all.
As for why I thought that Jim's was funnier than yours is explained in my comment on his thread that says basically that I got a certain mental image from it. Your's did not do the same thing when I read it and thus Jim's is funnier.
