The hobbits and I have decided to have a bit of fun with Simon & Garfunkel's "Cecelia". We have agreed to write the same theme to the same OS on the same day just for something different to amuse our readers. So please view today's posting of the Merry & Pippin parody if you have not already done so. I have not seen what they have written before it has posted.

I have received the nod of approval from Don Carmine (2-LOUD) Boccotesta to let these hobbits have a small taste of the juice in this business agreement as long as the Don gets the biggest glass of juice. He normally "eats alone" and this is a rare occasion that he grants the favor that I ask. Of course I will have to do a little of this and a little of that if you catch my drift as it is our way that the Don always gets his tribute. However he warns that any disrespect will result in a one way ride in a waste management business vehicle's back end.

What fun...on both of these! HEy....someone, start a double-dare thread, with the same concept as M&P/Guy did, to parody the same song with the same idea. 555...but Guy was a notch better just because I don't see mobsters referrring to noise torture in terms of ohms....they'd think you were Cockney, since a 'ouse is not an 'ohm...eh well, belabored joke from Aggy out.

Alvin - I knew you would like the "fork" ref. I had you in mind when I wrote that line. It also has to do with the fact that Italians/Sicilians always are eating when they do business. How many jamokes got hit in eateries in the movies you've seen. This happens in real life and that is where the movies get the idea from. The most frequently used word in the Italian language is "munga". So I'm "eating" up your comment. Thanks.

Ag - Thanks for doing a double comment post. That was thoughtful. But I am disagreeing with you again - I think M&Ps parody is better than mine. But then it was two against one. But as M&P said in their opening comment - this is not a contest. We're just out for the fun of it all.

Mandamoo - Could be. It's up to the Hobbits if they want to give it another go. I'm just along for the ride. Hobbits make very good traveling companions. I think it is because they don't live anywhere. Thanks for your kind comments on both parodies.
