The events in this parody are fictional. VERY similar events, however, have occurred throughout the nation, especially in the D.C. area. You may be next. ;D
What the devil's going on?
What's that angry shouting roar?
There's a mob out on my lawn,
Some three hundred folks or more.
They arrived by charter bus,
And they're acting mean and hard.
Lord, they're making such a fuss.
There's a protest in my yard.
Some are wearing purple shirts*
And they're yelling through bullhorns.
They are spitting on my daughter
And they've scared my twin newborns.
Now they're blocking the front door,
Spraying paint on all the glass.
I've no clue why they're so sore.
There's a riot on my grass.

Wait, I think I just found out
Why they're doing this to me:
It's 'cause my name is Scott Walker,**
But we live in Tennessee!
They don't care I'm the wrong guy.
All they checked out was my name.
They've all got blood in their eye.
Now our birdhouse is aflame.

Such protests take "the politics of personal destruction" to a new level. Thanks, OMR, for bringing attention to this practice that until recently was reserved for "evil" corporate officers. But if anyone locates the amIright One-ster, I'll buy the purple shirts ... ;-)
