Fantastic Mark, spent 25 years in foodservice and appreciate the value of a favorite pan. I've been using the same French knife for over 20 years! Three 5's in honor of Granny Clampett!

@ Andy Primus: Actually, it was only Pennsylvania Dutch (colony of Dutch who settled in the US state of Pennsylvania). The word migrated somewhat from there, but probably not even everyone in the US knows what it is. -- eTomm-ology Turtle
