Thanks! I used to feel that way too, but after watching a season of "Matlock" the show really grew on me. Especially the episodes where Don Knotts plays his neighbor.

Some actors make great pairs- never knew Don was with Andy in "Matlock"! Victor French followed Michael Landon from "Little House on the Prairie" to "Highway to Heaven". Great partnership that "Touch by an Angel" never had IMHO...

Lennie--always glad to get that reaction! Rob--yeah, Andy and Don were great together on "Matlock." Agree also about Landon and French. Remember the "Highway to Heaven" episode where Landon got to be the Teenage Werewolf again? AFW--agreed, not only in TV but in classic films such as "A Face in the Crowd" and "No Time For Sergeants."
