This is my concept album about a bad day at school. Morning (Part One). I woke up tired from staying up watching my favorite cartoons and having to get up early for school. Since my mom rushed me to get ready quickly or I'll miss my bus, I didn't have time for a hot meal. This is the beginning of a disastrous day at school.

I remember school day mornings
I would start my eggs and toast
Then spilling milk upon my clothes
My shirt is wet and cold
I wait for the bus that morning
Walk across the yard to find
the school bus waiting for me
This will be a yucky day
Schooldays are making me insane
I couldn’t sleep last night,
‘Cause I was up till 10
When I got to school
I was so scared to go inside
‘cause there’s a bully in the hallway
says, “Your lunch money or die”
No longer can I stay awake
I’ll fall asleep
when I looked up, the sun was gone
there was thunder, clouds, and rain
Schooldays are making me insane
Just when the milk was gone
I’m soaking wet again
Then I heard the bell ring
Slipped on wet hard asphalt
Landed in a puddle
I’m full of mud
Schooldays are making me insane
I want to stay at home,
And not come back again
