I didn't want to proceed with anymore parodies about the "Dark Knight Massacre" but seeing Holmes in court with no formal charges to be brought until the end of the month makes me furious as well as many Americans and the victims of this tragedy. For his part, Holmes looked out of it or is acting like he is emotionally detached, deranged... for a possible insanity plea. But the evidence is overwhelming for premeditation with all that ammo and gear aquired in 6 weeks and his plan executed with intent to kill more at his apt. Was disturbing to see him with the freakish orange/red hair in court. So, one more parody... (my heart goes out to all the victims and the families of those slain) :(

Speaking of premeditation, he detailed his plans in a notebook complete with diagrams and sent it to a psychiatrist eight days before the shooting, but the envelope was never opened.

Yeah, Porfle, he's not crazy- just belligerent and spitting on the guards while NOT co-operating. He's not helping himself...
