For those who don't know: I HATE Kesha's music. I'm not saying I wouldn't save her from a burning building or anything like that, but 'Tik Tok' is one of the few songs that makes me curse out loud at my car radio. So, for my entry into the Green Day Artistry round...enjoy!

Sync, I don't think you're acting old. I'm only 22 & I don't like Kesha either! However, I do agree with you about the "burning building" part. As much as her music sucks, she could be a nice person in real life & it'd be pretty cruel to not save her life given the opportunity. But enough about that, here's 555 records from the old days!

You are not acting old. A lot of people don't know this but I am 16! And I cannot stand Kesha! Green Day has been giving us great, relieving music for almost 20 years, but Kesha will float away in a sea of Jack Daniel's! 555!

(Artistry) I dont think much of Kedollarsignha either. Was the story in this parody based on her "TMZ moment" or something? If true, you did good job of incorporating that into the tune!

I'm glad I'm not alone is hating Ke$ha and everything about her. The only good thing that came out of "Tik-Tok" is that it was used in Weird Al's latest polka. But even so I could still live without it.

(Artistry) Personally, I kinda like Ke$ha as well. A lot of her songs annoy me, but "Tik Tok" and a few others don't really bother me. Really, I don't think any of her "so called" music holds any true merit, but I don't think that's what she goes for. Her songs are fun, just pure, dumb fun. As for this song... it was AWESOME! I think you used the perfect OS to write this one. Great, just great!

(Artistry) Yea, bring back the good old songs like Disco Duck! Oh...wait... Actually, I have a sign on my bulletin board that reads "It's not that I'm old - your music really does suck." Nice commentary on the state of the "music" industry and one particular artist.

(Artistry) Nice parody here, although you don't really explain why Tik Tok sucks outside of the artist's drug use. Could've used some explanation instead of the random appearance of Ke$ha in your bathtub. I kinda tolerate Ke$ha, but I prefer her in mashups rather than just straight. And as for Tik Tok...can't stand the verses, but the rest is okayish. 555 for you!

Actually if Ke$ha did half the stuff she sings about, she'd never have time to do the stuff she does to make money. . .she'd always be wasted--then again that didn't stock the 80s and 90s rockers did it? I don't know, I don't really hate Ke$ha--with so much music out nowadays that is truly awful, at least Ke$ha is fun -- even if she's not among the top tier of singers (then again of today's artists, not many are). More for me, when I'm dissing an artist or song, at least when the topic of ridicule is a particular artist or song, I generally prefer to use that song or a song by that artist--Green Day and Ke$ha have nothing in common, so its kinda eh. . .but I don't know that's just me
